Are you an experienced learning professional with a proven track record in designing impactful learning solutions?
We are seeking a Learning Director to join our outstanding Executive Education team. As a Learning Director at London Business School, you will lead the design and development of engaging learning solutions for our clients, including blended learning approaches for proposals, new programmes, open programmes, and governance related to impact and design.
Ideal candidates will have experience in designing, developing, or delivering blended, including in-person, customized learning solutions for corporate organizations.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-impact blended learning journeys that meet client needs, collaborating with business development, bid teams, and custom solutions teams.
- Participate in client meetings and pitches as the learning design expert.
- Present learning solution architectures, including design rationale, impact, and narrative, as a core member of client programme teams.
- Collaborate with faculty to design innovative programmes for the Executive Education portfolio.
- Integrate latest learning design thinking, technologies, and formats.
- Experience in designing, developing, or delivering blended, in-person, customized learning solutions for corporate clients is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Curious, innovative, and inspiring thinker.
- Customer-centric with strong knowledge of corporate executive learning solutions.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Strong project and programme management experience with excellent planning and execution skills.
