Learning and Participation Manager: Islington

Scarabeus Aerial Theatre is looking for a Learning and Participation Programme Manager.
We're looking for an experienced Learning and Participation Programme Manager with excellent administrative skills to be the strategic lead across our programme of transformative participation activities. You will be part of a small, passionate team who aim big, transforming and improving people's lives through aerial and artistic experiences.

This is a great opportunity for someone proactive, with experience in running artistic engagement projects who is looking to take the lead in creating meaningful change through aerial theatre, contemporary circus, and community participation.

Salary: £30,500 -32,000
Contract: Initially 12 months, with a probationary period of 3 months.
Full time but we are open to being flexible for the right candidate and would consider a part-time role of 4 days a week: this role would then be offered on a pro-rata basis with appropriate back-fill support organised.
Location: London - flexible with part office-based and part remote working.
Hours: 10am-6pm with an hour lunch.
