We look forward to getting to know you!What you will accomplish:You will be the key contact for managers, employees, and HR regarding staff development and you will design and lead training sessions on leadership, conflict management, and resilience. You support managers and teams in the field of team development by analyzing needs, developing solutions, working on projects, and encouraging leadership development and corporate culture.What you bring:Education: Initial or continuing education completed with a specialization in psychology, pedagogy, business management, or personnel development (e.g., CAS, federal diploma, HES/HS, university of applied sciences) or equivalent.Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years and knowledge in the field of staff development (Learning & Development) in large companies. Proven experience as a trainer and coach as well as in supporting development projects with a sense of responsibility, flexibility, customer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent social skills, and availability for occasional business trips in Switzerland or assignments outside of regular working hours.
