Cheval Collection are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team to drive training excellence across our organisation.

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive training excellence across our organisation. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement learning strategies that empower colleagues, enhance customer service, and foster career growth. You will champion AI-driven learning solutions, innovative training methodologies, and continuous improvement to ensure our workforce remains skilled, engaged, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Deliver Training - Design and implement engaging learning solutions tailored to various audiences and learning styles.
  • Innovate & Leverage AI - Integrate AI-driven learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness and employee development.
  • Assess & Evolve Learning Needs - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to align training programs with company objectives and individual growth.
  • Lead Induction & Career Development - Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and create leadership programs that support career progression.
  • Enhance Customer Service Excellence - Deliver high-level customer service training to maintain outstanding hospitality standards.
  • Optimize Digital Learning - Create e-learning courses using authoring tools, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating innovative methodologies and digital learning advancements.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships - Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to design impactful training programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in training delivery within a hospitality setting.
  • Strong ability to think creatively and develop innovative learning solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to drive impactful training strategies.
  • Experience in Training Needs Analysis, course design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Operational experience within a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to high standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire colleagues.
  • Strong adaptability to different learning styles and diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in time management and prioritization, handling multiple training initiatives effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
