Learning & Development Delivery Lead (UK)

Leonard Curtis is seeking an experienced Learning and Development practitioner to be the face of L&D across our UK offices, delivering in-person training, inductions, mandatory training, and leadership development while ensuring learning is practical and accessible.

You will partner with leaders, design engaging programmes, use data to measure impact, and travel across the UK to support colleagues. Hybrid working, generous holiday, and a supportive team environment are offered.
