Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with Operations leaders, teams and colleagues across People's Partnership to understand their learning needs and challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement targeted learning solutions
- Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions, including workshops, webinars, e-learning modules and blended learning programmes.
- Support Adult Learning Theories and encourage self led learning
- Utilise a range of delivery methods, such as facilitated, self directed, and virtual classrooms
- Tailor learning to specific needs of audience, considering their learning styles and preferences
- Ensure content is accessible (aligned with standards), engaging and aligned with business standards and objectives.
- Design learning solutions with reusability and sustainability in mind and safeguard a learning library which is accessible to all.
- Support with the development of Career Pathways for key roles identified as critical to business
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and make recommendations for improvement, continually seeking and welcoming feedback.
- Leverage data and analytics available to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theories and instructional design
- Experience in developing engaging and interactive learning content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement

- CIPD Level 3 or relevant experience
