Learning & Development Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Operations leaders, teams and colleagues across People's Partnership to understand their learning needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement targeted learning solutions
  • Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions, including workshops, webinars, e-learning modules and blended learning programmes.
  • Support Adult Learning Theories and encourage self led learning
  • Utilise a range of delivery methods, such as facilitated, self directed, and virtual classrooms
  • Tailor learning to specific needs of audience, considering their learning styles and preferences
  • Ensure content is accessible (aligned with standards), engaging and aligned with business standards and objectives.
  • Design learning solutions with reusability and sustainability in mind and safeguard a learning library which is accessible to all.
  • Support with the development of Career Pathways for key roles identified as critical to business
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and make recommendations for improvement, continually seeking and welcoming feedback.
  • Leverage data and analytics available to identify opportunities and measure impact
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theories and instructional design
  • Experience in developing engaging and interactive learning content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A commitment to your own professional development
  • CIPD Level 3 or relevant experience
