Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of L&D to develop training for non-legal functions
- Plan and deliver onboarding for new staff across offices
- Identify and implement learning solutions through consultation
- Create and facilitate learning materials, including e-learning, videos, mentoring, and coaching
- Manage apprenticeships, relationships with training providers, and oversee the Apprenticeship Levy
- Assist with administering development programs
- Promote and manage the Learning Management System
- Communicate learning opportunities and handle queries
- Build relationships with external providers
- Support professional qualifications and apprenticeships processes
- Monitor and report on program delivery, impact, and KPIs
- Manage L&D budget and Apprenticeship Levy utilization
- Stay updated on relevant practice developments
- Deliver in-person and online training on soft skills and professional development
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Passion for learning and professional growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in designing, delivering, and facilitating L&D interventions and e-learning
- Experience in onboarding new staff
- Budget management experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
- Discretion with confidential information
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous L&D experience
- Qualifications in L&D, training, teaching, or law (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship programs and the Levy
