Learning & Development Advisor (6-Month Contract)

Arden University is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to coordinate training activities and onboarding, manage LMS data and reporting, and build relationships with colleagues and external providers. The role supports a culture of continuous learning within the People Team.

The position is hybrid, requiring 1 day per week at the Coventry Head Office, with a 37-hour week and a 6-month fixed-term contract. Applicants should have prior L&D/HR experience and strong stakeholder management.
