Job Description

Haleon in Ireland is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join the site Operational Excellence team. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, service, cost and productivity using Lean tools and the Haleon Performance System.

Reporting to the Site Operational Excellence Manager, you will identify opportunities, mentor teams, develop KPIs, and lead cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact.
