Lean Transformation Lead

GE Healthcare Cork is undergoing a LEAN transformation to become simpler, faster and more customer-centric. The LEAN Expert role will design, adopt and execute the transformation roadmap reporting to the LEAN & Digital Director.

You will lead Lean methodologies, coach teams, drive Kaizen events, implement standard work, and measure KPIs across Cork processes. A technical or analytical bachelor's degree and Lean/Six Sigma training with proven transformation results are preferred.
