Lean Practitioner: Drive Continuous Improvement (Hybrid)

SGN is seeking a Lean Practitioner to help embed Lean thinking across the organisation, working with the Lean Lead and Lean Managers to deliver initiatives and supporting regional teams to drive improvements. This hybrid role covers Ashford/Horsham area with a flexible blend of office and site work.

You will co-own improvement pilots, develop knowledge toward Green Belt level, and support Lean communications and initiative tracking.
