Leadership & Coaching Programs Coordinator

Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a Leadership and Coaching Co-ordinator for a 12-15 month fixed term/secondment. The role is based in Bristol or Leeds with hybrid working, two days in the office and a focus on delivering end-to-end leadership and coaching programmes.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience, strong stakeholder relations and the ability to optimise processes using data and AI-enabled solutions. Salary is £34,000 per year with generous benefits and flexible working patterns.
