Leadership & Capability Transformation Lead

Mills & Reeve is seeking a strategic L&D consultant to work with senior leaders across Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, or Manchester. You will diagnose leadership and culture issues, lead capability initiatives and shape the firm's 2030 people strategy.
