As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you'll balance hands on clinical work with inspiring leadership, ensuring gold standard care for patients while mentoring and motivating your team. Working closely with the Regional Director, you'll help deliver the clinic's business plan, with support from wider business functions, giving you the perfect blend of clinical freedom and strategic influence.
