An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead Veterinary Surgeon position within a well-established small animal practice in Berkshire. This role offers the perfect balance of clinical autonomy, leadership and ongoing support, making it ideal for someone looking to progress their career.
The Role- Permanent, full-time position
- Lead and mentor a friendly, established clinical team
- Drive clinical standards and help shape the future of the practice
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to support practice growth
- 1 in 6 weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital
- Shared on-call rota
- Excellent opportunity to broaden clinical experience through access to advanced cases
