Lead Tutor: Adult English & Maths Curriculum & Coaching

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking a Lead Tutor to lead the development and continuous improvement of our English and maths curriculum for adults, delivering high-quality learning and embedding skills across the wider curriculum.

You'll mentor tutors, monitor learner progress, collaborate with Delivery Manager and Quality Team, and continue teaching. Hybrid working options supported; the role combines leadership with practical delivery, aiming to raise standards and learner success.
