Working as a team of three alongside our exceptional curriculum delivery experts, you'll help create positive learning experiences for students from Primary through to GCSE. What You'll Be Doing
- Building rapport and boosting learner confidence
- Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on task
- Supporting classroom delivery and behaviour management
- Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Creating a positive, energetic learning environment
What You'll Need
Essential:
- Professionalism and excellent timekeeping
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong people skills and confidence supporting learners
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
Preferred:
- Experience in education or training (not essential - we provide training)
- Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
We work nationally, so the ability to travel up to an hour - or stay overnight when needed - is a bonus.
