Lead Timber-Frame Site Manager Residential Homes

O'Neill and Brennan are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a 3-month contract.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will manage the day-to-day on-site activities for a timber frame housing development, oversee subcontractors, maintain safety, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Immediate start and a competitive day rate are on offer for the right candidate.
