As our new Lead Technical Application Specialist , you will be at the forefront of this transformation-driving technical excellence, operational rigour, and audit-readiness across for our new compliance monitoring solution. This is a newly created role within CSO's Security Data Services Lab , offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of compliance monitoring technology in a high-impact, high-visibility environment. What you'll do Configuration & Integration Leadership Own and lead the configuration and integration of monitoring requirements across our in-scope regulations, ensuring seamless interoperability across our Compliance monitoring platform and data sources. Technical Delivery Drive end-to-end technical delivery of compliance solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and automation. Technical Operations Oversee the operational health of our compliance service, working with our SRE function to ensure uptime, performance, and proactive issue resolution. Audit & Evidence Delivery Lead the technical response to audit requirements, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete evidence generation across SOX, SWIFT, SOC2, CERT and other regimes. Team Leadership & Collaboration Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers, working closely with stakeholders across Security, Risk, Audit, and Data Engineering. What you'll need: Demonstrable experience in technical leadership roles within compliance, security, or enterprise IT environments. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, SWIFT, SOC2, CERT. Strong hands-on experience with application configuration, systems integration, and technical operations. Familiarity with audit processes and evidence management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
