Lead Teaching Administrator - CG1547

The School of Earth and Environmental Sciencesis seeking to appoint a full-time Lead Teaching Administrator to work closelywith the Director of Teaching, Examinations Officer, MSc Coordinators, ModuleCoordinators and Students. Thepost-holder will provide pro-active and professional administrative support toensure the smooth and effective delivery of Undergraduate and Postgraduate educationacross the School.

The successful candidate will have exceptionalorganisational, administrative and communication skills, alongside strong interpersonalskills and a collaborative approach to working. They will be a self-starter whois able to plan, organise and prioritise their workload effectively in a busyand fast-paced environment. The role requires proactive engagement withstudents and staff across the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, aswell as colleagues in other Schools and Units across the University.

Reporting to the School Manager, the post-holderwill be expected to embrace change and contribute positively to the continuousimprovement of School operations and the delivery of high-qualityadministrative support. A flexible, cooperative and solutions-focused approachwill be essential to the role.
