Responsibilities

• Assess and plan for the individual needs of Harbour students with EHCPs.
• Create bespoke timetables of support when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of the wider school Autism provision and training.
• Build and nurture effective relationships with students, staff and external agencies to sustain a cohesive, inclusive and positive school environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced SEN teacher with a demonstrable record of working with autistic young people.
• Proven ability to develop resources and provision for a growing cohort of students.
• Strong desire and experience in building effective relationships within an educational setting.
