Lead Site Manager - Large New-Build Housing (Nottingham)

MadiganGill is seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start on a long-term housing project in Nottingham. You will oversee a large-scale new build, coordinating site activities and ensuring safety and procedure compliance on a busy site.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, First Aid at Work and an in-date SMSTS, with prior experience managing housebuilding schemes and strong communication skills. Salary £280-£300/day, temporary contract. Nottingham location.
