Lead Service Manager - Hybrid (Retail & Supply Chain Tech)

Co-op Digital in Manchester is seeking a Lead Service Manager to own Blue Yonder services, driving performance, stability and continuous improvement of critical supply chain and retail technology for colleagues and customers. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance in a hybrid setup.

You'll lead incident, problem, change and risk processes, manage relationships with technical teams and suppliers, run service reviews and reporting, and help shape service design and
