Lead end-to-end service design initiatives- Work within a multidisciplinary project from discovery through delivery, working across research, ideation, prototyping and implementation to transform employee, operational and customer experiences within telecommunications organisation.

Translate complexity into strategic clarity- Map telecommunications systems, employee & customer journeys, and operational processes to identify friction points, break down organizational silos, and surface opportunities to better deliver their programme.

Champion design-led transformation- Build credibility and confidence in service design methodologies with stakeholders across the business, demonstrating tangible value through measurable outcomes and strategic impact.
