London: £102,000 + up to 40% bonus
Amsterdam: €108,000 + up to 40% bonus
We are currently supporting a leading consulting business focused on enterprise-wide ERP transformations, working with global organisations on complex S/4HANA programmes currently searching for a Lead SAP IT Architect who can take charge of complex workstreams, influence senior clients, and shape smart, scalable SAP architectures. What you'll be doing- Owning SAP architecture workstreams end-to-end-design, shaping the solution, and ensuring delivery feasibility.
- Leading and coaching teams while serving as a key counterpart to senior client stakeholders.
- Advising clients on SAP options, integration patterns, and technology choices that impact roadmaps and buying decisions.
- Translating complex technical topics into clear, business-friendly language for executives and non-technical audiences.
- Designing broad, cross-modular S/4HANA architectures across large transformation programmes.
- Working across SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless integration across the landscape.
- Bringing architectural leadership, governance and thought leadership to major ERP initiatives.
What we're looking for
? 3-4+ full end-to-end SAP life cycle projects delivered
? Proven experience owning SAP design & architecture workstreams
? Strong understanding of SAP integration and the wider SAP ecosystem
? Ability to influence technology strategy and buying trends
? Deep understanding of how architecture ties to business objectives and delivery constraints
? Skilled at simplifying & presenting technical topics to senior stakeholders
? Broad S/4HANA architecture expertise with cross-module exposure
? Knowledge of non-SAP integration and hybrid landscapes
? Prior leadership experience (team leadership, workstream management, or architectural lead roles)
- Full ownership of SAP architecture within high-impact transformation programmes
- A senior, influential role with real visibility and decision-making responsibility
