Lab based, commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Cannock, Tamworth, Ashbourne, Cheadle, Rugeley, Leek, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stone and surrounding areas.

We are a family run expert manufacturer with global backing, offering a premium first class service. This role offers autonomy to grow, lead, and develop R&D projects, with training and progression routes to become a technical specialist.

The Role:

• Oversee and drive R&D projects within a chemical/chemistry laboratory.
• Work Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm (flexibility).
• Receive further technical training to be recognised as a product expert.

• Passion for R&D or development.
