Lead Project Manager

We're looking for a Lead Project Manager to drive the delivery of our DSEAR compliance programme across Severn Trent Water and Hafren Dyfrdwy. This high impact role will lead a team and supply chain partners to deliver statutory inspections, remedials and capital works safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

This role requires a 37 hour week.

What you'll be doing

• Lead delivery of the DSEAR compliance programme, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory adherence.
• Manage internal teams and framework contractors across multi site projects.
• Oversee operational and capital investment delivery within budget.
• Provide DSEAR subject matter expertise across wastewater, water treatment and bio resources.
• Drive supplier performance, contract management and continuous improvement.
• Manage risk, compliance reporting, KPIs and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience delivering complex, multi site engineering or compliance programmes.
• Proven leadership of internal teams and external supply chain partners.
• Experience applying legislation and regulations (DSEAR, CDM, H&S standards).
• Commercial acumen with contract and budget management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage risk and deliver in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, construction, environmental or project management.
• Full UK driving licence.
