Lead Production Manager, Trade Books (12 Month)

Pan Macmillan is seeking a skilled Production Manager for the Picador division on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting February 2027. You will lead the production process, coordinate with editorial, design and external suppliers, and line-manage junior staff to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires trade list experience, strong communication and technical know-how of print and production systems, with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
