Lead Product Manager - Hybrid, Health & Pension Benefits

Co-op in Manchester city centre is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape vision, strategy and delivery across key products. You'll lead product from discovery to delivery, balancing customer outcomes, commercial priorities and technical considerations, working with technology, design and delivery teams.

You'll be responsible for defining a clear roadmap, prioritising the backlog and measuring outcomes, with a hybrid working model typically two days per month in office and remaining remote.
