This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the product strategy for a portfolio of free-to-play games in a fast-growing, creative environment. You will define the vision, roadmap, and platform for games that engage and retain millions of players, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, artists, and marketers. This position combines hands on execution with strategic oversight, allowing you to directly influence product development and scale the team as the business grows. You will design integrated social and live operations systems, define KPIs, and ensure a seamless player experience. Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the overall free-to-play product vision and roadmap across multiple game genres.
- Develop and maintain a scalable platform supporting live, event driven, and partnership based gaming experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and artists to build, ship, and iterate on games and features.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, and instrumentation for player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design and oversee integrated social systems, challenges, rewards, and live events.
- Lead LiveOps initiatives to deliver ongoing content updates, player engagement campaigns, and promotions.
- Act as the central liaison between growth, marketing, commercial, research, and leadership teams, translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives.
- 6+ years of product management experience in games, preferably free-to-play, casino, or live service titles.
- Proven ability to define and deliver platform-level experiences or multi-game ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of game economies, engagement loops, and player psychology.
- Experience running live games with integrated social and event systems.
- Technical fluency to work closely with engineers and understand product architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across creative, commercial, and technical perspectives.
- Hands on, startup mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on data.
- Experience in defining, tracking, and acting upon KPIs and success metrics.
