Lead Product Manager - Customer Retention & Integrations for sustainability SaaS

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.

What you will do:

• Lead initiatives that increase activation, usage, and retention among existing customers
• Own integrations & APIs strategy with ERP platforms and enterprise ecosystems
• Collaborate with ERP vendors and IT stakeholders, speaking both technical and business language
• Build and execute structured action plans,grounded in data but delivered with creativity
• Use Aha! to align product operations across multiple domains so that activation is secured
• Ensure that our product roadmap makes sense to customers and the market

What you need:

• 7+ years in Product Management at a B2B software company
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (from vendor or customer side)
• Strong understanding of API / integration-driven value creation
• Experience working in Manufacturing, LCA, or AEC industries is a plus
• Comfortable moving fast, owning outcomes, and working cross-functionally
• Proficiency in English, as it is our working language
