The Role

As aLead Product Designeryou will play apivotal role where you'll shape critical experiences in our platform, influenceproduct strategy, and help raise the bar for design across the business. You'llwork in close partnership with PMs, Engineers and Researchers-and reportdirectly to our Head of Product Design.

You'll help shape how our product works, feels, and solvesreal-world problems for our customers.

• Drivemeaningful improvementsto the customer experience in one or morehigh-impact areas of the product-measurably improving user satisfaction,reducing friction, or unlocking business growth.
  
• Influenceproduct directionby identifying and framing problems worth solving,leading and setting the bar for discovery efforts, contributing tostrategy and finding the real customer need.
  
• Raisethe bar for design at Soldoby mentoring teammates, levelling up ourskills & critical thinking methods by evangelising a Design Thinkingapproach across the organisation. We need you to help demonstrate theimpact of great product design at Soldo.
  
• Improvedesign quality and consistencyby contributing to our Design Systemand influencing design standards across the team.
  
• Bea trusted design voicein cross-functional teams-bringing clarity toambiguity, making decisions based on evidence, and championing ourcustomers.
  

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experiencein Product Design within a past-paced SaaS environment (ideally infintech)
  
• Astrong portfolio that showcases elegant, usable, and outcome-driven designsolutions across multiple platforms.
  
• Excellentinteraction design, information design and system design skills, with aneye for detail and a knack for simplifying complexity.
  
• Deepexperience collaborating in cross-functional teams and working closelywith engineers.
  
• Confidencein planning and running your own user research or collaborating withresearchers.
  
• Asystems thinker who can balance consistency with creative problem-solving.
  
• Comfortablegiving and receiving constructive feedback in a candid, collaborative way.
  
• Comfortnavigating ambiguity and evolving problem spaces
  
• Highlevel of skill usingFigmato visualise ideas, brainstorm, andcreate high-fidelity prototypes
  
• Experiencedriving change in a small-medium sized SaaS product company
  
• Experienceof working in an agile environment, and familiarity with Agile methodology
  
• Data-drivenmindset to advise design choices based on customer research, businesspriority and technical constraints
  
• Passionateabout inclusive design and accessibility, and you'll design with all ourcustomers in mind
  

It would be nice if you have:

• Experiencedesigning financial or workflow tools for B2B audiences
  
• Experienceof designing for both web and mobile platforms
