Why you matterAs Lead Producer or Aspiring Lead Producer at Nequinox Studios, you will be at the heart of game development, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will steer multidisciplinary teams through the development cycle of complex video game titles, from concept to release. This role requires a combination of project management skills, leadership, and a deep passion for video games.
What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Game Design, Game Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to give constructive feedback clearly and concisely to individuals, groups, and clients.
- A deadline-driven and motivational leader.
- A diplomatic, conscientious, and proactive problem-solver.
- Deep knowledge of the development process and lifecycle, from early concept design to post-release support.
- Familiarity with Console TRCs, submission, and certification processes.
- Unreal Engine game development experience
- Multiplayer game experience
