Lead Primary Class Learning as HLTA Sept Start

Milk Education is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a Darlington primary school from September 2026. The role offers a full-time temporary contract with a view to permanency, and a salary of £110-£140 per day depending on experience.

You will lead whole-class activities in the teacher's absence, plan with staff, support EYFS to KS2, and run targeted interventions while promoting inclusive learning and safeguarding best practices.
