Lead Pastry Chef - Fine-Dining Mastery & Perks

Relais & Châteaux's Sheen Falls Lodge is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry operations within our fine dining and lounge offerings. The role requires expert patisserie knowledge and leadership of a pastry team, coordinating with the Exec Chef to deliver exceptional dessert experiences using local ingredients.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-end dining, strong planning and management skills, and a commitment to HACCP and safety standards.
