Job Title: MS D365 Commerce Functional Consultant

Rate: £550 per day

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Contract Length: 14 weeks initial

Overview

ShareForce is supporting a major specialist UK retailer on a key transformation programme and is seeking an experienced MS D365 Commerce Functional Consultant to support the delivery of core retail systems change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce
• Gather and refine business requirements across retail operations
• Run workshops with stakeholders across store operations and transformation teams
• Translate requirements into functional designs and system configurations
• Support the design and optimisation of POS and store commerce processes
• Work closely with technical teams, architects and third parties
• Support testing, defect resolution and business readiness activity
• Provide functional leadership across the workstream

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce
• Background in retail environments, including POS and store operations
• Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements
• Experience supporting D365 implementations or enhancements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced delivery environments

Desirable

• Experience within multi-site or specialist retail organisations
• Exposure to promotions, pricing, inventory or fulfilment processes
• Experience supporting UAT, training or go-live activities
• Familiarity with Agile delivery
