Lead ML Scientist - Search & Personalization (Remote UK)

Monzo is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Scientist to join the Search team. Based in Cardiff, London, or fully remote in the UK, you will lead end-to-end ML initiatives that power customer search and discovery across our financial products.

You will shape scalable, explainable AI solutions, work on embeddings, contextual bandits and personalized ranking, and drive measurable business impact in production.
