Lead Marketing Developer - Growth

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities needed to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various game types, including hypercasual, hybrid, and IAP-focused games.

Voodoo is looking for a "Lead Marketing Developer" to support Marketing Developers in their daily operations. You will be responsible for coaching, training, tooling, knowledge sharing, and process optimization to help them excel. You'll act as both a technical lead and a bridge to upper management.

1. Lead transformative projects for the team, from maintaining Unity packages to developing new skills;

2. Coach and train Marketing Developers to become top creatives in the industry, primarily using Unity and also Unreal;

3. Regularly assess individual contributions and measure performance to maintain high standards;

4. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build a recruitment pipeline for top Marketing Developer talent;

5. Identify and resolve pain points to ensure seamless team operations;

6. Support production during periods of under-capacity;

7. Assess the technical feasibility of complex creative concepts as an expert;

8. Advocate for the team by reporting and coordinating needs regarding assets, licenses, etc.

• Excellent knowledge of Unity; preferably experience with Unreal and Luna as well;

• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams;
