Lead Kitchen Sous Chef - Opening Team & Growth Path

Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join the opening team at Cazaro Lounge, a brand-new site within our growing Casual Dining Group. You will lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensure service runs smoothly, and deliver dishes you're proud of.

We offer a competitive base salary with bonus and overtime, a 48-hour contract (40-hour option), paid overtime, and strong opportunities for progression through our in-house training and Step-Up programmes.
