You'll join an international, dynamic, and fast-paced team with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships through exceptional service and smart strategies. As we scale our efforts, we're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with a proactive attitude and a sharp commercial instinct to help us identify new opportunities and open the right doors.
This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset, who enjoys making connections, spotting potential, and taking ownership of outreach activities. You'll work closely with the Sales-team, contribute directly to our growth, and help prospects discover the value Transparent can offer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generate new Leads: You own the outbound game and identify and reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Your goal is clear: get meetings on the calendar.
- Drive engagement: Support the team in organizing community events and initiatives across key markets (Benelux, UK, DACH, US, Poland, Latvia).
- Build relationships: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and pass them on to your Sales colleagues with context and care.
- Keep the engine running: Manage our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), keep lead data clean and actionable, and support international sales events.
- Think commercially: You support with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and inbound processes.
Who You Are
You're an energetic Do-er who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. With a commercial mindset and sharp instincts, you know how to spot opportunities before others do-and you act on them. You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks and know how to stay focused when things move quickly. You think strategically, work hands-on, and are motivated by making visible impact through the quality and volume of meetings you generate. Next to that:
- You have prior work experience, but with at least 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales position.
- You're a self-starter with a passion for sales outreach, and a proven track record in outbound sales techniques.
- You thrive on targets, love to build relationships, and know how to handle rejection.
- You're comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- You're fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, especially if you've worked with Benelux clients.
- You live in the Amsterdam area and are available to work from the office at least 50% of the time.
