Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite). Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. Salary: €34,000 - €36,000

• Research and identify potential employer partners, especially in green and tech sectors.
• Drive outreach campaigns and secure engagement meetings.
• Organise impactful employer and industry events.
• Support vacancy fulfilment and job-matching for programme graduates.
• Maintain CRM systems and support with data accuracy and reporting.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• Self-starter with a passion for purpose-led work.
• Fluency in English is essential.
