What you'll be doing Drive new business growth (approx. 60%)

You'll be at the forefront of creating new opportunities and supporting business expansion by:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound outreach and lead generation activity
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Researching companies and identifying key decision makers
  • Scheduling meetings and creating sales opportunities for the wider sales team
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and social media activity to increase brand awareness
  • Running and supporting targeted email campaigns
  • Assisting with onboarding and implementation of new business opportunities
  • Managing incoming enquiries and ensuring opportunities are directed effectively
Support and grow existing customer relationships

You will also help maintain and develop relationships with existing customers by:

  • Proactively engaging customers regarding contract renewals and business needs
  • Identifying opportunities for additional products and services
  • Managing customer account changes and contract updates
  • Preparing customer quotes and supporting account administration
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Supporting reporting and performance tracking activities
  • Assisting with customer queries and maintaining high service standards
What we're looking for
  • 1-2 years' experience within lead generation, sales support, customer service, or business development (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with strong relationship building abilities
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
  • Experience using social media channels such as LinkedIn and other digital tools
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions focused mindset
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Good IT skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
