Lead Family Help Practitioner (Hybrid)

Suffolk County Council in Ipswich is seeking a Senior Family Help Practitioner to support children, young people and families with complex needs. You will hold a more complex caseload, act as lead professional for allocated families, and guide peers through advice and guidance.
