Job Description

Lead Enterprise Architect is required by this sector leading, global organisation to lead on implementation strategies for architecture work within a key product part of the business. Working with key partners, you will look to bridge the gap between enterprise strategy and practical solution architecture. Managing a portfolio with an annual multi-million investment, you will align customer-facing and Back Office technology systems with overarching business goals. A challenging aspect of this role involves collaborating extensively with international partners to reach a consensus on shared, innovative architecture directions.

Key areas of the role include -

  • Target Architecture: Design scalable, secure cloud solutions, data platforms, and integration frameworks.
  • Roadmap & Innovation: Create technology roadmaps that reduce time-to-market for new services.
  • Governance: Establish robust architectural principles across enduring product and project teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical reality.

Ideally your background will demonstrate where you've been a senior technology expert with a proven track record in both enterprise and solution architecture. In combination, you must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, easily navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to foster collaboration and consensus. With a focus on driving cost efficiency, mitigating architectural risks, and fostering a culture of innovation across multi-disciplinary teams.
