Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking Lead Engineers to join the AI Productivity Lab, focusing on accelerating employee productivity and business automation with agentic coworking technologies. This hands-on role builds domain-specific agents and tools in collaboration with Principal Engineers and the Lab Head.

The team operates within the Data & AI Unit of the Chief Technology Office, emphasizing secure, scalable, and usable AI solutions to transform processes across the Group.
