Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Engineer Offshore Structures, you'll manage a team of structural engineers and oversee the full lifecycle of offshore design projects. You'll bring technical depth, project leadership, and strategic insight.

You will:

• Develop concept, basic, and detailed designs for offshore jackets, monopiles, topsides, and transition pieces
• Lead and mentor engineers and designers in a collaborative team
• Perform and validate structural analysis (ULS, FLS, ALS, SLS, lifting, transport)
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers on technical deliverables
• Contribute to tender processes and front-end engineering
• Work with international codes (DNV, Eurocode, ISO) and software like SACS, Ansys, Usfos, Femap

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in Structural or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years in structural engineering, including 3+ in a senior or lead role
• Proven experience with offshore structures (jackets, monopiles, topsides)
• Strong command of structural analysis techniques (ULS, FLS, ALS, SLS)
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-focused mindset
