BCHA invites applications for a Lead Employment Specialist in Bournemouth. You will lead a team of Employment Specialists and manage a personal caseload, delivering person-centred employment support using IPS approaches to help participants overcome barriers and achieve sustainable work.

You will develop individual plans, build strong relationships with employers and partners across health, education and social care, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and outcomes.
