Lead Electrical Engineer - Green Hydrogen & Ammonia Projects
Location: Hybrid - Ideally 4 days/week in Leatherhead

Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to support cutting-edge green hydrogen and ammonia projects. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in large-scale power systems involving renewable and conventional generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical engineering activities across global teams in a multi-office execution model
• Design and develop electrical power distribution systems for facilities with 100MW+ demand
• Integrate technologies such as electrolysers, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), and synchronous condensers (syncons)
• Support Concept and FEED stage design activities
• Provide technical leadership and review of key deliverables

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in electrical engineering for large-scale energy projects
• Strong background in renewable and conventional power systems
• Demonstrated expertise in Concept/FEED stage electrical design
• Proven leadership in multi-office project execution
• Ability to work hybrid, with a preference for 4 days onsite in Leatherhead
