Lead Ecologist - Hybrid, Build & Grow Ecology Dept

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Ecologist to join their team in Horley with a hybrid working model. This exciting opportunity allows you to build and lead an ecology department, providing advice on biodiversity net gain and environmental matters. The ideal candidate should have strong ecological survey experience, client-facing skills, and hold a Bat License along with at least one other protected species license.

You will work closely with planning and rural teams, lead ecological surveys, and foster long-term client relationships across a variety of projects. The consultancy promotes a supportive environment aimed at progression into leadership roles.
