We seek a Lead Developer to mentor and manage an established game engine team, supporting them in developing engaging game mechanics and the technical platform to deliver these to our players.

You will be involved in the team's technical direction and responsible for planning and delivering content aligned with the product roadmap.

A key part of the role is ensuring our products and solutions are easily transferable across teams to facilitate timely content delivery across multiple territories.

Leading and growing a team of developers, supporting content delivery and innovation through performance and reliability. Participating in and overseeing product delivery as part of the content roadmap. Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions. Collaborating with other teams to improve processes and delivery timelines. Enhancing the technical landscape with a focus on observability.

• Utilize your technical expertise to solve complex problems and build reliable, well-documented, highly available cloud solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of key technical projects from inception to deployment, applying problem-solving techniques to develop engaging game mechanics.
• Innovate and strategize, actively participating in planning, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate technical leadership by mentoring your team and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Participate in designing and developing complex technical solutions.

• Proficiency in an Object-Oriented Programming language.
• Strong background in T-SQL.
• Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts.
• Experience with high-volume API delivery.
• Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration).
• Ability to estimate and break down complex technical stories.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating solutions with legacy systems.
• Pragmatic approach and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Strong mathematical background.
• Experience in iGaming.
• Knowledge of financial transactions.
• Experience working with monolithic databases.
• Understanding of working in regulated environments.
